Here is what you can expect when working with Glowing Embers:
1. Initial Visit
We understand that your fireplace is considered “the heart of the home” so, from the moment you walk into our showroom you are going to feel a difference, a homey environment where you can see andworking floor models and get ideas for how you might like to build your wall or setup your in your home.
Before long, you will be met by one of our knowledgeable and courteous Sales Representatives. Maybe it will be Eric. He will work with you toyour specific needs. To fully understand your project he is going to have some questions for you:
- What type of appliance are you considering?
- Have you considered fuel sources?
- What is the size of the room or home you are looking to heat?
Of course we understands that you’ll have questions too and we will take time to answer those questions as we take you around the showroom.
When you feel you have decided on the unit that best fits your needs, we will draft a rough estimate for you. Experience tells us that to get the most accurate estimate a visit should be paid to the proposed installation site, so we will set up an appointment when a Glowing Embers representative canyour home to assess in person details for your project. Some technical considerations will be considered, such as ceiling height, existing ventilation system, size of the room, etc. Why? So that we can ensure that the selected unit will meet your expectations.
2. Complete Package Price
Having concluded the onsite survey, we are prepared to draft a complete package price for you. This price may include:
- Cost of heating appliance, along with any accessories or options you choose.
- Installation fee: the price to install the appliance including masonry work, venting/chimney, construction, finish work, etc…
If everything looks good, than we will schedule a time for the installation to take place. Since we hold our selves to the highest standards of quality workmanship, everyone on the job is in sync and works at the same high level of quality. Things progress quickly from here.
Our technicians are factory trained and certified, so they know what they are doing, but just as important, they are professionals. They will arrive at the installation site as scheduled and ready to go! The complexity of the project determines its duration, but the end result is the same: “a beautifully installed and operating“.
After the installation our technicians will walk you through operating procedures, maintenance considerations, and answer any questions you may have at that time.
4. After Installation
After your installation Glowing Embers continues to work for you. We do service calls, warranty work, chimney cleaning, inspections, and we are here to answer any questions that may have crossed your mind. We also provide a range of and accessories for heating appliance. So for the years that follow your initial visit to our showroom, Glowing Embers, will be there for you.
